In short
- grixfit.com uses only the cookies it needs to work.
- We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so you won't see a consent banner.
- If we ever add analytics, we will ask you first, and you can say no.
This Cookie Policy explains how Grixhub uses cookies and similar technologies on grixfit.com (the "Site"). It forms part of our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and session storage, work in the same way. We call all of these "cookies" in this policy.
Strictly necessary cookies are needed for the Site to work or to provide something you ask for, so the law does not require your consent for them. Analytics, advertising and tracking cookies need your consent before they are set.
2. Cookies we use
As a visitor, you can read the Site without any cookies being set for tracking. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel.
| Name | What it does | Type | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
WordPress sign-in cookies (wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_*, wordpress_test_cookie) |
Set only for our own team when they sign in to manage the Site. Visitors don't get them | Strictly necessary | Session, or up to 14 days if "remember me" is ticked |
Our waitlist and contact forms use hidden security fields inside the page to stop spam, not cookies.
Our tools that do not set visitor cookies:
- Yoast SEO helps search engines understand our pages. It does not set cookies for visitors.
- FlyingPress makes pages load faster by caching them. It does not set tracking cookies.
- Solid Security protects the Site from attacks. It records IP addresses and suspicious activity in server-side logs (see our Privacy Policy). It does not set cookies for visitors.
- Fluent Forms runs our waitlist form. It does not set tracking cookies.
We review this list before each change to the Site. If we add any cookie, we will update this page first.
3. Content from other providers
Our pages and videos are served from our own server. If we embed content from another provider in the future, for example a video player, that provider may set its own cookies. Where those cookies are not strictly necessary, we will load the content only after you agree, and list the provider here.
4. How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a private window. Because we use only necessary cookies, blocking them will not affect your reading of the Site, although a form may not work.
5. Changes to this policy
We will update this page before we add any new type of cookie, and change the "Last updated" date.
